Terms & Conditions – ZEEKR Hide & Seek Campaign
1. Organizer
This Hide & Seek campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Zeekr EU B.V., having its registered office at Jachthavenweg 112, 1081 KJ Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 88529789 (“Organizer”).
2. Purpose of the Campaign
The Campaign is organized for promotional and marketing purposes. During the Campaign period, the Organizer will hide a vehicle with a QR code attached to it at a location within the Amsterdam metropolitan area.
Eligible participants who locate the vehicle, scan the QR code, and complete the entry form in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will have a chance to win the prize described below.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from [21/05-noon] until [22/05-noon] (“Campaign Period”). Entries received outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible.
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if circumstances require, without liability to participants.
4. Eligibility
Participation is open only to natural persons who:
are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation;
reside in the Netherlands;
hold a valid driving license that is valid in the Netherlands;
comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of the Organizer, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies involved in the Campaign, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.
The Organizer may request proof of age, identity, residence, and a valid driving license before awarding the prize.
5. How to Participate
To participate, eligible individuals must:
Locate the Campaign vehicle during the Campaign Period;
Scan the QR code displayed on the vehicle;
Complete and submit the online participation form with accurate and complete information.
Only one (1) participation per person is permitted unless expressly stated otherwise. Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Participation is free of charge. Standard mobile internet charges may apply.
6. Prize
There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive the right to use a vehicle selected by the Organizer free of charge for a period of six (6) months (“Prize”), subject to a separate vehicle loan agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer in writing, the Prize includes:
use of the vehicle;
standard insurance coverage subject to the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions and a separate vehicle loan agreement;
road tax.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Prize excludes:
all charging costs, which shall be fully borne by the winner;
traffic fines;
tolls, parking fees, congestion charges, or similar costs;
damages caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of applicable laws;
any costs not explicitly included.
The Organizer reserves the right to determine the specific vehicle model, configuration, color, availability, and delivery conditions.
The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation and may not be resold. If the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or similar value.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
After the end of the Campaign Period, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner. The winner will be notified using the contact details submitted in the participation form within 1 day after the draw.
If:
the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days;
the winner fails to respond;
the winner is unable to prove eligibility; or
the winner refuses or cannot accept the Prize,
then the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Organizer’s decision regarding the Campaign, the draw, and the winner selection is final.
8. Participant Conduct and Safety
Participants must always act responsibly, lawfully, and safely. Participants may not trespass on private property, violate traffic or parking regulations, endanger themselves or others, damage property, engage in reckless or dangerous conduct and/or obstruct public roads, pathways, or emergency services.
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
The Organizer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, or other consequences arising from participation in the Campaign.
9. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data submitted in connection with the Campaign will be processed by the Organizer in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for the administration and execution of the Campaign, including winner selection and prize administration.
10. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that the Organizer may use the winner’s first name, image, likeness, and/or statements for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes related to the Campaign without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
Where required by law, the Organizer will request additional consent.
11. Liability
Zeekr and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Zeekr and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize.
12. Fraud and Abuse
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who act in violation of these Terms & Conditions, provide false or misleading information, manipulate or attempt to manipulate the Campaign and/or engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
The Organizer may deny participation or withdraw the Prize in such cases.
13. Tax and Legal Compliance
The winner is responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to the use of the Prize, including maintaining a valid driving license.
The vehicle may only be used by:
the winner; or
the winner’s spouse or registered partner,
provided that such person holds a valid driving license that is valid in the Netherlands.
The winner remains fully responsible and liable for any use of the vehicle by the winner’s spouse or registered partner. Any other use, lending, subleasing, commercial use, or transfer of possession of the vehicle to third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Organizer may withhold delivery of the Prize until all necessary documentation has been provided.
In the event of damage to the vehicle during the prize period, the winner shall be responsible for payment of an insurance deductible (own risk contribution) of EUR 500 per damage event, except where the damage solely constitutes normal wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear shall be assessed by the Organizer and/or the relevant insurer or leasing provider acting reasonably.
Participants acknowledge that tax consequences may arise in relation to the Prize. Any personal tax obligations remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
